Gungnir Series is a single hand rod designed to generate high velocity to propel fly line over long distance. By utilizing high module graphite carbon and hollow aluminum reel seat to provide power and decrease weight, Gungnir series was originally built for FFF and CCI purpose to connect Taiwan fly fishers with international fly reign.

After our pilot run, the word “Gungnir: has just pop in the mind. In Norse mythology, Gungnir is the spear of the god Odin, a spear that hits target over long distance. While it is designed for reaching further, Gungnir is still fun to play with trout, wild carp, or mullet those sizes grown over 2 feet, thanks for the taper design.

It is encouraged to apply a single back and forth cast with hauls when you use Gungnir. Or your wrest muscle will certainly be challenged.
